5.4. Information regarding companies of the Russian Federation on IGK Online Portal is publically available according to articles 6, 7 of Federal Law No. 129-FZ of August 8, 2001 on State registration of Legal Entities and Private Entrepreneurs and Directive of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1049-r of July 21, 2008.

The Company obtains this information from officially available sources and places it on IGK Online Portal without any changes.

Therefore, the Company shall not be liable for any inaccuracy in relation to placement of this information on IGK Online Portal.

5.5. The Client is notified that legal persons may default to fulfil requirements of article 18, sections 1, 2, of Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 402-FZ of December 6, 2011 on Accounting, which provide for an obligation to submit a compulsory copy of a yearly accounting report to the state statistics authority. Therefore, the Company shall not be liable before the Client for incomplete accounting records contained in Express-reports.
